Traci Bemis, REALTOR, Spokane, WA

Welcome

A self-described “city loving girl from Austin, Texas,” Traci has spent most of her life in the Lone Star state and graduated from college at Texas State University. While working on staff with CRU (Campus Crusade for Christ) at the University of Utah, Traci met her now husband, Chris. Marrying a 3rd generation Spokanite, she always knew the chances of a life in Washington were a very real possibility. After almost a decade away, Spokane indeed beckoned and Traci, her two precocious little ones, husband, and doggie packed up and now call Spokane home. Dubbing Spokane, “sneaky awesome,” Traci is continuously surprised (for the better) by the art, music, natural treasures, culture and quiet flair that this city and community offers.

Traci brings a non-profit/ fundraising background and a heart for social justice and caring for people to real estate.  She currently serves with Global Neighborhood Thrift, a group committed to equipping and empowering former refugees. She created Homes For Change because she believes buying and selling homes can create dynamic movement for social change. Through Homes For Change, she gives 100% of her efforts meeting your exact needs and 10% of her sales portion to local, Spokane benefit organizations. We are changing and supporting amazing organizations one home sale at a time!

We were fortunate enough to work with Traci on the recent sale of our home. She was a trusted, thoughtful and responsive partner. Due to COVID-19, our plans shifted greatly and we ended up listing more than a month earlier than planned. Although we worked during a highly restricted period, Traci  was still able to work with us to get our home ready and stylishly staged, and created masterful photography and a professional video tour that helped us sell our home in a month. She also ensured that we felt safe and taken care of during every step, and was truly the calm at the center of the storm. Another of the many reasons we wanted to work with Traci was her "Homes for Change" initiative with which she donates a portion of her net proceeds to local community organizations. That incredibly generous and mindful act is just another example of Traci's integrity and commitment to her clients and the Spokane community. We highly recommend working with Traci.
